- Top of the head
- Eyebrows
- Side of eyes
- Under eyes
- Under nose
- Under lip
- Collarbone
- Under Arm
How to:
Starting at the Top of the Head, tap each point approx 5/7 times each and go through the full sequence from head to chest 3 times in total (this should reduce the intensity of the feeling).
In its simplest form – here’s a clearing statement that you can use as you tap through the points:
“Even though my body is in pain and feels itchy and sore, I deeply and completely, love and accept myself.”
Keep repeating this statement throughout the tapping.
At the end just take a few deep breaths. As you’re exhaling ‘let go and relax’.
