I created this event in support of Mental Health Awareness week because I want to make a difference.
Experiencing depression and anxiety in my own life has inspired me to help others.
I will share a 3 minute practice every day throughout October.
There will be postures, breathing, meditations.
Each day will be an opportunity to practice something new with a friend or child to help get out of your head and to transform feelings of stress and anxiety by moving into the heart.
Practice wherever you are and whatever level you are at, beginners and all levels welcome.
I am donating to Aware as they provide an invaluable service and I wanted to support them by raising awareness and money.
