Where is that inner child that used to love life so much? It’s time to reconnect…
Inside every adult is a child waiting to be seen and heard.
You may wonder why there are times you feel confident and powerful then other times full of anxiety and unsure of yourself.
What is happening here?
What is it that leaves you wondering ‘who is the REAL me?’
This workshop will support you in recognising how you feel dis-empowered in your life.
We will create a space to allow you to:
The concept of the Inner Child has its roots in ancient mythology and fairy tales.
All humanity has one thing in common we all started out as vulnerable, dependent infants. However early childhood is often fraught where there were gaps between what we needed and what we received.
This gap is often where we often find our self-doubt, which can be experienced in the adult as dis-empowerment.
We need to develop a loving relationship with this child in order to support a healthy adult self. As the old saying goes
‘It’s never too late to have a happy childhood!’ Berkeley Breathed
Through the practice of movement, guided meditations and psychotherapy we will work through the above process.
