  2. 60-minute one-to-one session – by skype or in person
  3. 30-minute follow up session within 5-10 days

  3. Once your agreement has been signed, you’ll be given access to your client form.
  4. When your form is submitted, you’ll be given a link to schedule your session with me. Then, we’ll have our session!
